Looking for IT Support Professionals or Business Owners Open to Acquisition / Partnership
Duties / Responsibilities :
Offer technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. IT platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).
Oversee the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements / Qualifications :
Proven experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, networking, and common IT platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
