Job description

Looking for IT Support Professionals or Business Owners Open to Acquisition / Partnership

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Provide Exceptional IT Support :

Offer technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. IT platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).

  • Manage and Maintain IT Systems :

    • Oversee the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

  • Build Client Relationships :

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Technical Expertise :

    • Proven experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, networking, and common IT platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).

  • Problem-Solving Skills :

    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Communication Skills :

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
