About the role :
- Lead and retain a small team of fulltime developers
- Mentor and ensure the continuous improvement and s development of your team
- Lead handson development of fullstack cloud production deployments
- Emphasise an APIfirst approach to integration and federation driving seamless interoperability
- Maintain a strong focus on security identity and DevOps practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of systems
- Implement and manage modern DevOps CI / CD pipelines to streamline development processes
- Promote a collaborative culture and work closely with the product team
- Champion an MVP philosophy and ensure rapid iteration
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS / GCP platforms
