Our Ottawa based client, a confidential Federal Government department, is seeking an experienced
Business Consultant (Level 2)
to support capability building and value realization activities as part of a major modernization initiative. This role focuses on transitioning from planning to
active operationalization of value realization practices , ensuring measurable outcomes and performance improvements across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of analytical and performance capabilities.
Develop and deliver training programs to stakeholders.
Implement
data quality assurance
and data governance processes.
Enhance
performance measurement
and value realization practices to align with strategic objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years
of relevant experience within the last 10 years
(must be demonstrated using no more than 3 projects)
Demonstrated experience in :
Analytics and data management
Performance measurement and reporting
Training delivery & knowledge transfer
Stakeholder engagement and project support
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Enhanced Reliability Clearance
