CAREER OPPORTUNITY – CORPORATE SOLICITOR

Come and join our client’s growing solicitor team! Our client is looking to add an intermediate associate to work in their thriving corporate transactions and commercial contracts practice.

You have excellent drafting and communications skills and a solid understanding of commercial contracts and transactions gained through 4 – 6 years of practice. You are intellectually curious, practical, and ambitious, and enjoy working closely with colleagues and clients alike.

You should already have good experience in one or more areas of business transactions, M&A, bank financing, infrastructure construction, commercial real estate leasing and financing, tax, import / export, complex contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and marine industry work. Just as importantly, however, you are willing to learn and embrace the opportunity to both broaden and deepen your knowledge and skills. You are looking to apply and develop your professional skills on interesting, sophisticated and varied work, together with a talented and knowledgeable team of seniors, juniors and paralegals, and to learn and grow your practice, career, and client base.
