The Role :

In this role, you’ll drive business success by developing and executing data analytics strategies tailored to meet evolving needs. Collaborating with the INNOCEAN and Hyundai CRM teams, you’ll deliver actionable, data-driven insights that enhance engagement, acquisition, loyalty, and retention, while contributing to increased revenue.

The ideal candidate is passionate for problem solving using data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This role will work out of both INNOCEAN Canada (Toronto) office and Hyundai Canada (Markham) office.

What your typical day will look like :

  • Liaise with retail, brand, product, sales, after sales and service to support campaign requirements, identify / recommend key campaign target audience selection including prospect and / or customer data using data-driven insights including loyalty, lapsed clients, behaviour and demographic patterns, to ensure optimized customer journey and response rates.
  • Utilizing the campaign management tool, set-up of acquisition and retention campaigns; data selection criteria based on the customer journey, segmentation and behaviours; generation of campaign lists; campaign deployment tasks.
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and patterns that can improve business operations and customer engagement.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and implementing data hygiene best practices.
  • Develop and execute A / B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, and continuously seek ways to improve and innovate existing processes and systems.
  • Adept at working with large datasets and highly proficient in SQL.

What You Bring :

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent combination of experience in a related field and education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being an asset.
  • At least 3 years experience working within the Salesforce platform and data extensions
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with customer segmentation
  • Knowledgeable in A / B testing methodologies
  • Experience in developing personalized campaigns and campaign journeys
  • Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
