Java, Springboot developer

Brief description of the position :

In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS is currently looking for a senior java, springboot developer.

The main missions would be to improve client systems and websites, write tests, support production problems, determine non-conformities as well as do Java and springboot programming.

Main responsibilities :

Without limitations, the main tasks involve :

• Analyze, develop and support the improvement and evolution of the client's mission system;
• Participate in proposing solutions that meet customer requirements;
• Develop or modify processing units in requested environments;
• Carry out tests (unit, functional, integrated, performance and load) of solutions;
• Take charge of problems raised in production, make the necessary corrections or solutions and follow up;
• Carry out data adjustments if necessary;
• Carry out appropriate follow-up with business line collaborators;
• Determine, if applicable, the non-compliance of the problem raised;
• Collaborate closely with support teams;
• Participate in production planning;
• Do Java / Springboot programming and other free technologies supported by clients for the development of business solutions;
• Carry out a diligent review of the quality of the programming of your peers;
• Know Powershell Programming in order to produce infrastructures by code;
• Propose improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering or any other related discipline;
• Have at least eight (8) years of experience in the IT field in development OR maintenance OR evolution of systems;
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience with the Visual Studio development software suite as well as the JAVA and Springboot programming languages;
• Over the last five (5) years , have completed, as a programmer analyst, at least one (1) mandate with a scope of at least 440 person days, in a development OR maintenance context OR systems evolution;
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite;
• Good ability to write and communicate in French and English;
• Mobility (an asset).
