Job Responsibilities
Provide professional assistance to our customers by telephone and email.Resolve any level 1 technical problems related to the software.Offer outstanding customer service.Provide information on our products and services, including promotions and billing.Provide suggestions on how users can best benefit from our products.Carry out tests on our products to ensure effective troubleshooting of potential issues.Ensure that mobile synchronization systems configurations are done with our clients.Support our development team by testing new features and bug fixes.Qualifications
2 ans et plus d’expérience en service à la clientèle, soutien technique et applicatif.Connaissances des systèmes de Microsoft® Windows® environnement PC, courriels ...etc.Excellente aptitude de communication en FRANÇAIS et en ANGLAIS, à la fois verbale et écrite.Facilité et rapidité d’apprentissage.Capacité à gérer son stress dans un environnement dynamique.Posséder d’excellentes qualités relationnelles.Must‑Haves
Computer support training / diploma OR 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support and applications.Knowledge of computer systems (Windows and Mac) as well as mobile systems (iOS and Android).Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbally and in writing.Ability to learn quickly and easily.Ability to manage stress in a dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal skills.Benefits Highlights
