Parts Advisor Clerk

Desjardins Sainte-Adèle Marine is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team!

The Parts Clerk will be primarily responsible for selling parts at the counter and accessories in the store.

Desjardins Marine has been a family business since 1965. We have been the pioneers in the sale of Mastercraft boats in Quebec since 1979.

Here are the detailed responsibilities :

• Advise customers at the counter, by telephone and by email for parts and accessories
• Advise customers for accessories in the store
• Sell and order parts for customers
• Serve service technicians with their parts needs
• Replenish missing inventory
• Participate in the cleanliness of the parts department
• Perform all tasks related to the proper functioning of the department

Experience / Training :

Experience or training in a related parts department OR adequate training (mechanics, parts clerk) an asset

Skills :

Good customer service skills

Ability to manage several files at the same time

Ability to manage periods of stress

Strong aptitude for teamwork

Computer skills

Autonomy

French and English spoken and written (an asset)

Knowledge of LAUTOPAK software (an asset)
