We are hiring a Software Test Specialist to ensure our business applications, including Syspro ERP, are reliable, high-performing, and fully aligned with user requirements. You will create and execute test cases, lead user acceptance testing with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our QA processes—all while embedding our core value of Sustainability (people, planet, and profit) into every testing decision. If you have a relevant degree (or equivalent experience), at least two years of software testing in an Agile environment, solid SQL and Azure DevOps skills, and a passion for quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
In this role, you will :
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and existing applications, with a focus on Syspro ERP and business‑critical processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to lead User Testing (UAT), ensuring requirements are fully met before go‑live.
- Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects across development and post‑production environments while maintaining clear communication with project teams.
- Build and maintain QA documentation, dashboards, and test scripts to drive continuous improvement in functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to cross‑departmental projects and computer systems validation (CSV) in a regulated cGMP environment, always aligning with our Core Value of Sustainability (people, planet, profit).
You have :
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 2 years of hands‑on software testing experience in Agile environments, including test case creation and defect management.Intermediate skills in SQL, Azure DevOps, and ERP systems (Syspro experience is a strong asset).Solid understanding of software quality assurance standards, project management basics, and regulated documentation practices (SOPs, cGMP).Excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Great benefits (healthcare, health & personal spending accounts, wellness days, Employee & Family Assistance Program)Company provided RRSPLoyalty share program (based on service length)$300.00 per year to spend on company productsEmployee discount pricingFree onsite parkingExclusive discounts with various vendorsCommunity eventsEmployee referral bonus programSalary : $65,500 - $75,500 per year
