A full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with Commercial Lending experience to join its Chilliwack office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a law firm, strong knowledge of BC conveyancing, and the ability to independently manage 20–25 transactions per month, including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, and commercial loans.

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Extended health & dental, RRSP match, paid time off, wellness program (after probation)
Work model: In-office
