Front Office Administrator (3- Month)- CSE

Job Description

Civeo Services is hiring a Front Office Administrator (FOA) for our Oilsands lodges. In this high-impact role, you'll lead reservations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a high-performing Front Office Team. Rotation is 20 / 10 with 10-hour shifts (days / nights / weekends / stat holidays). Report to the designated supervisor and help us elevate the guest experience while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor
• Data Entry
• Guest Services (handling reservation and guest inquiries both in person and over the telephone)
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Other duties as assigned
