- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing larger ICI projects
- Previous experience as a superintendent is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. an asset
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Ontario construction regulations and requirements
