Sales Manager

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Laval Construction & Forestry location.Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.Duties include, but are not limited to : - Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.- Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.-Other duties as assignedRequired Skills : - Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field preferred- 3-5 years' HR Generalist and / or Recruiting experience preferred- CPHR considered an asset Required Experience : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills- Strong decision-making skills- Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills- Strong computer skills required; familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems considered an asset
