As General Help reporting to the Chef Manager you will perform a variety of customer service based tasks within the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 : 00am and 2 : 30pm.
Your work will include :
Scanning goods and collecting payments
Ensuring pricing is correct
Issuing change receipts refunds or tickets
Redeeming stamps and coupons
Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Making sales referrals and crossselling products
Accurately processing sales using cash registers scanners or equipment
Using proper techniques when using the tools supplies and equipment provided (i.e. knives ovens cleaning materials)
