Internal Media Network Specialist

Brandt is currently looking for an Internal Media Network Specialist in our Regina location. As an Internal Media Network Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing content on Brandt’s digital display network of connected TVs and the on-hold messaging phone system. The specialist will work closely with the account management team, IT, retail operations teams, call centre teams, and other departments nationally to implement, and maintain media systems, and develop content strategies to improve overall customer experience and communication through Brandt’s internal media network.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the advertising, creative and local retail operations teams to design and develop visually appealing and effective digital display content and on-hold messaging that supports the company’s brand and sales strategy.
• Manage the production and distribution of digital display materials, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
• Manage the production and distribution of our on-hold messaging materials including messaging and voice-overs.
• Maintain a content calendar of digital display & on-hold messaging content to ensure that content is always current, accurate and compelling.
• Collaborate with Property Management, IT, and external vendors to ensure digital displays are set up correctly in new dealerships and newly renovated stores.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital displays and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update digital display guidelines and best practices.
• Maintain and update on-hold messaging guidelines and best practices.
• Maintain and update a list of assets available.

Create and maintain dealership maps that correspond with media devices to ensure the right content is being distributed to the right screens

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
