Job Description

Position Summary

Supervise and analyze the current operational execution of road maintenance contracts in Canada, identify, plan, propose, support and lead, if necessary, the implementation of timely operational improvement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the contracts, transferring the operational best practices from the different markets where the company already operates similar services.

Approximately 50% performed in climate‑controlled internal office environment under normal office conditions, with 50% travel to field locations.
