Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the infrastructure division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the infrastructure division.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Monitor project costs and schedules , including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly.
• Maintain and manage project documentation , including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA / QC records for testing and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards , codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project.
• Assist with financial processes , such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting.
• Support estimating and project planning activities , including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates.
