ADDICTION WORKER (24-R212)
Bargaining Unit : UNIFOR-SMITH
Status : Part Time TEMPORARY
Department : Adult Addictions
Site : Sister Margaret Smith Centre
Shifts : Days / Evenings / Nights including weekends
Rate of Pay : $28.11 - $28.70 per hour
Qualifications :
- Must possess a 2-year Diploma in a post-secondary Human Services field and 1 year working experience or specialized training in addictions
- Must have working knowledge of addictions and familiarity with working in an adult residential setting, including crisis intervention skills
- Must be able to work any shifts as requested
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Standard First Aid certificate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Class G driver's license and adequate insurance
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
