Technology Management

This position is with the Enterprise System Management (ESM) department, focusing on managing Client's IT inventory and assets data. This critical data is essential for regulatory, operational, and efficiency purposes. The role involves working as part of a team tasked with rationalizing legacy hardware asset and configuration management solutions into a unified strategic platform. The candidate will play a key role in migrating data from legacy applications to a new platform based on ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders and the project team to analyze and implement requirements into the new solution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect and analyze requirements to support the migration of data from legacy applications to a ServiceNow platform.
• Build data pipelines to load, transform, and clean data.
• Measure data quality to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality output and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with data consumers to fulfill their needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team to implement the migration process efficiently.
• Navigate large and complex IT environments and infrastructure, ensuring seamless data integration.
