Description of Position :
The First Aid Administrator is responsible for providing direct care to guests of the park and employees who require First Aid and completing necessary reports.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform First Aid on guests of the park who require treatment.
- Assist in the appropriate medical actions necessary and discharge of guests.
- Documents all injuries and reports them to TSSA, Health and Safety and the appropriate managers involved.
- Investigates nature of the injuries occurred at the park.
- Responsible for working with local Emergency services on specific situations.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
- Maintain clean and sanitary first aid clinic, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitize and turn over treatment rooms in between patrons.
- Responsible of scanning, filing, creating charts and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for scheduling staff in the Aquatics department and correcting punches each morning
- Adjust rotation sheets to reflect attendance
Employment Requirements :
Two years of Nursing studies or Health Sciences background is preferredEfficient triage and charting skillsComputer skills in Windows, MS Office suite, workforce management software (Dayforce), aquatics rotation model.Must have leadership experience. Must work well as a team.Proficiency in English and French written and spoken is an asset.Punctual, organized, flexible, adaptable, reliable and ability to work under pressure.Must have a profound understanding of customer service.Public Relations Skills required.Licence / Certification :
