Client Relations Manager

Your Responsibilities :

• Educate clients on insurance options and help them find the best solutions
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Assist clients with questions and guide them through the insurance process
• Understand client needs, goals, and concerns to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Regularly meet with clients to review their account status and discuss any challenges or opportunities.
• Analyze client feedback to help improve company services and customer experience.

Requirements

Eligible to work in Canada

Advanced verbal and written communication in English

Proficiency in Zoom

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to negotiate contacts, pricing and service terms.
