Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced cleaning technician to join our team. The technician will clean alongside other cleaners while giving guidance. Additionally, they will ensure that our high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. This role requires leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Guide other cleaners as they perform hands-on cleaning duties
  • Perform quality checks post-clean to ensure all areas meet company standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or special requests

Skills

  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
  • Experience in various cleaning settings is an asset
