HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE :

  • Communicate with internal / external customers via multiple mediums with accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate decisions and information as well as manage daily Service Levels
  • Address and resolve all customer inquiries, in a professional and efficient manner, always responding to the customer's needs ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Perform back office tasks as required to complete the client interaction
  • Educate customers on processes, ordering platforms and the various products FCT offers
  • Review existing transactions and address and inform customers on any issues relating to their specific files, escalating when necessary
  • Keep up to date on all policies, procedures, practices including department policies / practices and the Companywide best practices

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • 1 year Customer Service - phone or in person
  • 1 year experience in Title Insurance, Real Estate or Residential Lending
  • 1 year Data entry
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and French (would be an asset)
  • Intermediate level proficiency (Word and Excel)
  • Team player who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving
  • Availability to work between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm EST Monday to Friday. (7.5 hrs. / day)
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet strict deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations while remaining calm and positive
