Network Planner

Key Responsibilities :

• Day to day monitoring of the network mapping VS the operational reality
• Support the station opening process by assessing the requirements and proposing the optimal solution while working with all the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Linehaul, Operations)
• Perform analysis of our network capacity that will drive improvements and highlight opportunities. ( Speed and Cost efficiency)
• Responsible to maintain the integrity of the parameters related to our network ( E.G. transit Time, sort time, ETC.)
• Become the pivotal point between IT and OPS for our internal network regarding reporting and new IT innovation.
• Creates and maintains detailed, up-to-date technical documentation in a team repository.
• During Peak Season, Become the Command Center Trouble Shooting expert of the internal network

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Needs to be adaptable and a change catalyst.
• Need to be available for short-distance travel. (QC-ON region)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
