Customer Care & Logistics Coordinator – Abbotsford, BC

A leading construction materials provider is seeking a Customer Care & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily order scheduling and serve as the primary contact for customers at the Abbotsford ready-mix location. This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
• Review and validate orders, noting special requirements.
• Communicate policies, order details, driver instructions, and delivery expectations.
• Support drivers with accurate job-site details, directions, and issue resolution.
• Update customers on delays, ETAs, availability, and pricing.
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Shipping.
• Investigate and document order or delivery issues, including QA / QC or safety incidents.
• Handle administrative tasks to support billing, ticket tracking, and issue resolution.
• Follow and promote all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
