Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst and has worked in Gen AI use case development, RSA Archer, and familiar with operational risk terminology. They will possess strong SQL skills, expertise in data mapping, data flow diagrams, and business requirement documentation. Additionally, experience working in Agile squads and proficiency with Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed data mapping and data flow diagrams.
• Document detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver projects efficiently.
• Document, Develop and implement Gen AI use cases to drive business solutions.
• Utilize RSA Archer for risk management and compliance processes.
• Apply operational risk terminology to analyze and mitigate risks.
• Perform complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Develop source-to-target mappings for data integration.
• Leverage Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse for advanced data analytics and AI solutions.
