Job Overview

Green job opportunity with Dimexco Global Logistics involving shipment coordination and warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment.

English or French
Spanish (asset language)

Education

College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate / diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Work Setting & Location

Freight forwarding company, warehouse, or airline company – work must be completed on site; no remote work option

Responsibilities

Determine method of shipment

Schedule distribution of goods

Schedule transportation conveyances

Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents

Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents

Pack goods to be shipped

Unpack goods received

Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments

Oversee loading and unloading of goods

Supervise material handlers and helpers

Pay and receive payments for goods

Credentials

Forklift Operator Certification

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Database software

MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Windows

Adobe Suite

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Dollies and hand trucks

Industrial lift trucks and fork‑lifts

Loader

Additional Requirements

Criminal record check

Driver's validity licence check

Driving record check (abstract)

Own transportation and valid driver’s licence
