Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain computerized database systems for a variety of areas within Diabetes Education Services by utilizing database, spreadsheet, and query software tools.
• Determine appropriate format, set up and enter data as required.
• Type a variety of technical and non-technical items such as correspondence, manuals, memos, and reports using word processing and presentation software.
• Perform reception and clerical support duties such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and timekeeping functions for the Services.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education, Training And Experience : Grade 12, medical terminology and 2 years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
