Manager Marketing, Sales and Services

The opportunity

As a Manager in the Marketing Sales and Services Practice you will play a pivotal role in delivering client solutions focused on Customer Journey Mapping Service Design and Process Excellence for Banking and Wealth & Asset Management clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to customer interactions ensuring seamless and positive experiences across all touchpoints
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement service design and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse customer feedback and engagement metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Support the development and execution of transformation programmes ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with senior managers and partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service and process excellence reporting on progress and recommending improvements.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong background in customer journey mapping service design and process excellence.
• Experience in Banking and/or Wealth & Asset Management ideally within a consulting environment.
• Excellent project management communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and CRM tools.
• Hands-on experience working in Studio

Ideally youll also

• 5 years experience in Financial Services Banking or WAM
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity education relevant experience knowledge and applicable skill sets.

• Toronto: $110000 to $160000
