This role is 100% commission-based, perfect for driven individuals who thrive on achieving and exceeding sales targets through door-to-door sales.

Most of your sales efforts will involve direct, door-to-door interactions with potential clients in the Lower Mainland Vancouver region, making strong interpersonal skills and persistence crucial for success.

Les tâches

  • Demonstrate adeptness in effectively marketing residential HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct proficient in-home sales interactions that cater to customers' specific requirements.
  • Inspect, evaluate, and assess existing HVAC and / or water heating systems, while concurrently proposing recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
  • Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and contracts, also contributing to the coordination of projects and maintaining customer correspondence as needed.
  • Engage in negotiations to secure sales, adeptly conveying the advantages and merits of the proposed solutions to customers.
  • Handle documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to post-sales enquiries.
  • Seek reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Exigences du poste

  • Two to seven years of experience in sales.
  • One year of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • At least one year of experience in account management or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
