Our Client, a global data analytics company is seeking a

Senior Technical Program Manager

to lead a large-scale

Lead-to-Cash enterprise transformation

following multiple acquisitions. The consultant will own cross-functional integration efforts spanning

Salesforce, NetSuite, enterprise customer data , and revenue operations, working closely with the

Transformation Office, CFO organization, and Enterprise Business Applications team .

This role is part of a newly formed Transformation Office and requires a

program-level leader

capable of managing

multiple concurrent initiatives , external vendors, and senior stakeholders while operating with ambiguity.

Initial engagement will be a

3-month rolling contract , with extensions expected as the full roadmap is finalized.

Responsibilities

Lead the

Lead-to-Cash process and systems transformation , from discovery through implementation

Own the

enterprise customer and finance data integration roadmap

Coordinate technical delivery across

Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, NSAW , and downstream systems

Act as the central point of accountability across

Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and Marketing

Manage and coordinate

systems integrators and external vendors

Provide

program-level governance , including risk, dependency, and financial tracking

Identify early warning signals and proactively course-correct complex initiatives

Support Transformation Office

reporting, cadence, and execution discipline

Must-Haves (In Order of Importance)

10+ years

experience in

senior Program / Transformation Management

Proven experience leading

enterprise transformation programs

(not single-project PM work)

Strong

Salesforce and NetSuite integration

experience

Demonstrated

M&A systems integration

across fragmented organizations

Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working directly with

CFO / senior business leaders

Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience

Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments

Able to work
