Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high‑impact teams, we deliver expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy’s success.

A Day in the Life

• Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
• Manage / action requests for title search on property.
• Manage / action requests for property value confirmation.
• Prepare and send applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant documents to branches.
• Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and / or Manager for review.
• Adhere to policy / procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
• Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
• Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
• Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.
