We expect our Special Teams Multi-Unit Managers to successfully manage their locations (Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara area) in a profitable manner by motivating staff to enhance sales, control costs, and inventory, and uphold high standards of excellence and customer service. Responsibilities :

Ensure that the Company Guest Services policy is adhered to in the restaurant at all times

Address any issues or complaints from our guests

Mentor employees in delivering exceptional guest service

Guarantee the presentation of safe food products to guests

Manage staff relations, including recruitment, performance reviews, support for growth and development, guidance and onsite training, and educating staff on corporate policies and procedures

Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times

Monitor and maintain the corporate budget; provide daily inventory counts; submit weekly inventory reports; increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs remain within budget

Uphold the company’s high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety

conduct minor maintenance as needed

Seek opportunities for the restaurant to engage in community events

Maintain appropriate food inventory levels in line with sales volumes

Foster a pleasant working environment

The role requires travel, including nights, weekends, long weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications :

Food service and management experience are required

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient PC skills

A valid driver’s license is essential

A conscientious approach with a focus on profitability

Ability to meet deadlines through efficient time management

A desire for continual challenges to promote personal growth

Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and statutory holidays

Possession of strong interpersonal skills

Multi-unit experience
