Field Service Representative - Quebec

Job Summary:
The Field Service Representative is responsible for managing and executing all service-related activities within the assigned territory, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise, customer support, and training responsibilities to minimize equipment downtime, deliver high-quality interventions, and promote SINOBOOM’s products and services. The Field Service Representative will evaluate hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, provide technical solutions, organize and conduct training sessions for employees and customers, and collaborate closely with the sales team to support machine deliveries and service offers. Travel within the territory is required to maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely technical support.
