Base pay range : CA$41.00 / hr - CA$50.00 / hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities and duties

• Must be willing to travel to 2 of the following communities for 2-hour shifts : Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Mission.
• At least 2 days per week of availability totaling 10 hours per week.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer, including all nursing duties plus personal care.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide delegations of tasks or other training to the care team.
• Assess clients’ needs and report back to the Care Designer with recommendations or complex care plans.
• Function within the limits of practice and organizational policies.
