Development Coordinator (Approvals & Permits)

Yoke Group is a privately owned real estate development company based in Hamilton. We’re looking for a Development Coordinator to support our active pipeline by helping drive projects through Site Plan Approval, Building Permits, and consultant coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Site Plan Approval submissions, resubmissions, and municipal communications
• Support Building Permit applications by tracking comments and coordinating consultant responses
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and follow-ups across 5–10 consultants (Architect, Civil, Structural, M&E, Planning, etc.)
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and documentation
• Schedule meetings, take notes / minutes, and track action items
• Provide weekly reporting on what’s moving, what’s stuck, and next steps
