Job Summary
Contribute your valued expertise in strategy, design and service delivery to this fast-paced opportunity
Information Services Branch (ISB) is responsible for overseeing and implementing corporate information technology (IT) programs and initiatives within the sector.
ISB also provides IT Business consulting services to oversee the delivery of vendor services and to ensure that these services align with client needs and corporate priorities (such as the Internet Strategy, Digital Strategy, and open Data).
The Business Analyst provides technology planning, business analysis, systems design and client support services. Provides technical and project management expertise for multiple, concurrent, medium sized projects from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements :
- Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in computer science or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes.
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements are met.
- Experience providing technical expertise.
- Experience providing client service support.
Preference may be given to candidates with any of the following :
- Experience in Salesforce systems or deployment projects.
- Experience in extracting summarized information from relational databases and preparing summary reports.
- Experience leading or coordinating project work in an agile environment.

This position can be based out of any of the location(s) listed above.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to five (5) days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
