Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to

• Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy across all plant locations including bailments and consignments.
• Coordinate comprehensive cycle counts for all parts and commonality codes in the plant and at bailments / consignments twice yearly ensuring adherence to schedule.
• Manage the workload of Cycle Analysts and hourly cycle checkers.
• Verify the cycle count program adheresto established standard requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory variances including out-of-tolerance conditions negative balances and repeat issues utilizing formal problem-solving tools and integrating plant floor data.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve cycle count accuracy by gathering information and identifying unknown nuances.
• Prepare and present weekly cycle count resultsfor review and sign-off at the Inventory / Cycles Meeting.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Education : College Diploma in a related field. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).

Education : Bachelors degree inIndustrial Operations Transportation & Logistics Supply Chain Management & Information Systems Applied Engineering Science Packaging Engineering or Business Management.
