Responsibilities:
- Melakukan pembagian Leads secara taktis dan strategis kepada Tim Telesales
- Melakukan pengawasan kinerja tim dalam menangani Leads dan memberikan coaching ke tim guna untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan
- Menganalisa data, mengumpulkan kelengkapan informasi, dan memberikan umpan balik dan strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja tim Telesales
- Membantu menangani eskalasi permasalahan dan melakukan koordinasi dengan tim internal maupun eksternal SOZO Dental agar Tim Telesales dapat berfungsi secara maksimal
