We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of General Manager, Engineering. With two upcoming retirements looming on the not-too-distant horizon, we are looking to supplement our Senior Leadership Team and are looking for someone seasoned in the area of utility operations. The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Public Administration Business Administration, or another relevant field. Ten years of senior level experience within the public sector or consulting services is required.

You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and public relations skills. You will bring a diverse skill set with a focus on strategic thinking and relationship building with a commitment to best practices in public administration and service delivery to our citizens.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the General Manager, Engineering will provide leadership to a number of Regional District departments. You are able to take initiative on a variety of operational, strategic and political activities as the need arises.

This is a regular, full-time position with an annual salary range of $170,789 - $187,460.
