Position : Trade Show & Events Lead Reports to : Sr. Marketing Director
We are looking for a Trade Show & Events Lead to join our Marketing team. The Trade Show & Events Lead will be representing Silver Hills and its house of brands through trade and consumer shows and events and ensuring successful execution partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Opportunities
In this role, you are the key point of contact as you plan and mange trade and consumer shows, large company meetings / event, demos and more. As the Lead, you will be responsible for the organization and execution of multiple projects with competing deadlines. You will develop a strong understanding of each and every brand to successfully represent the company at various events. You will troubleshoot and effectively manage issues within the planning, logistics and set-up process and go the extra mile during crunch times. This role will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your strong project management skills, hone your interpersonal skills, and serve as a brand ambassador to increase awareness and help sales.

Post-secondary education in a related filedExperience with Wrike or other project management software an assetWorking knowledge of marketing communications and graphicsthings you will do…
Be the company lead for all trade shows, consumer shows, demos and events.Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders of the organization.Oversee all logistics, budgets, travel, and communications associated with eventsPlan and manage on-site for tradeshows; large company meetings and events; demos; and various events.Select, negotiate and manage contracts for event venues, contracted booth suppliers and other service providers.Manage and track all shipments of supplies and product samples to and from events with support of internalshipping department.Arrange travel and logistics for teams attending events, as needed.Represent the company and brands in a professional manner.Benefits
