Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink in our Barrie office in the Central Ontario region on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll work in a supportive call centre setting, where you’ll provide insurance advice to our valued clients, assisting with quotes, policy updates and coverage questions. No insurance experience is necessary for this role; we provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker. Once you complete training, you’ll be on your way to helping people protect what’s most important to them.

What the Role Entails

• Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction and offer advice that helps them make informed decisions
• Create a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products and customer retention
• Test new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback
• Actively engage in training and professional development
