Production Worker

Catalys Lubricants is a family-owned company built generation after generation since 1945. Today, the company operates four production and packaging facilities, as well as 15 warehouses across the country. Remaining true to its commitment to providing close, local support to its customers, the Group and its subsidiaries have positioned themselves as key suppliers of lubricants and related products from coast to coast.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production worker is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders through completion of production schedule or shipping plan as presented by leadership that ensures on time and in full delivery of those orders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Execute production as Schedule

• Timely and accurate production output

• Operate/maintain production line equipment

• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment

• Adhere and comply with all Health and Safety rules and procedures

• Support and follow Quality Initiatives and standards

• Maintain relevant product and process knowledge and required certifications.

• Overtime and shift work as required or scheduled

• Complete additional indoor/outdoor duties as assigned

• Other related functions that may be added to the job description as required.

Technical skills:

• Physically Fit (Capable of lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months of relevant experience

Language: Fluent in English, oral and written.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Physical Effort: Standing upright for long hours

Environment:

• Ability to lift weights of 50lbs.
