Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice, you will work in collaboration with the leadership team, nursing managers, nurses and other stakeholders to promote clinical excellence in the delivery of high quality, safe, patient-centered care. You will review and revise policies and procedures related to professional practice and clinical care and provide education and evaluation of the learning program. You will actively participate in quality improvement activities, including shaping and monitoring quality indicators which will guide the development of tools to support teaching and learning for staff and patients
Qualifications
Canadian Nursing Association (CNA) certification in Palliative Care Nursing or enrollment in CNA certification program in Palliative Care Nursing; or
