Our client, a well-established federal Crown corporation, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, the Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice on a wide-range of corporate, commercial, and financial matters, including structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
