What You’ll Do

• Lead large loss projects ($100K–$2M+) from assessment to closeout—including commercial, condo, and complex residential claims.
  ◾ Create/edit scope in Xactimate, RMS, and internal systems.
• Manage multiple active files simultaneously with tight timelines and evolving priorities.
  ◾ Provide accurate budgeting, draw/payment schedules, and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders (clients, insurers, adjusters, trades, vendors) ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Ensure compliance and safety, securing permits, adhering to codes, and driving proactive risk mitigation.
• Communicate clearly and consistently, delivering updates, handling escalations, and maintaining professionalism.
• Support financial and production meetings, guide project forecasting, and maintain performance WIP metrics.
• Act as a team player and mentor, collaborating across departments and contributing to a positive work culture.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in restoration or construction project management.
• Proven experience with commercial, condo, and complex residential projects, including claims-based work.
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple high-value files.
• Excellent verbal and written communication—skilled at coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in Xactimate, RMS, work order budgeting, PO tracking, and financial controls.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Assets That Set You Apart

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) or PMP/Gold Seal accreditation.
• Bilingual (English/French).
• Familiarity with municipal permits, engineering coordination, building codes.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in high-pressure, on-call disaster or emergency situations.
