Cloud Solutions Architect - App Enablement Lead

Description : Permanent Full Time

The Application Enablement Lead is responsible for leading initiatives related to application modernization, overseeing cloud migration initiatives within the organization, and on innovative modern solution design. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on technical leader who can assess the current state of enterprise applications, design future-state architectures, and implement innovative solutions that leverage modern cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, development methodologies, and will be a driving force behind application transformation initiatives.

What you will do :

• Application Modernization

Evaluate existing legacy applications and systems to identify opportunities for modernization.

Develop cloud migration strategies that minimize business disruption and optimize performance.

Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure all application modernization and cloud migration efforts comply with relevant governance, security, and compliance standards.

Establish performance monitoring solutions to ensure the stability and availability of applications.

What you will bring :

8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of experience leading application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of application architecture, cloud computing, and modern application frameworks.

The base salary for this position is between $84,900.00 - $141,500.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
