Job description

Responsibilities

4 Hours / Term Performing invigilation duties for mid-term or final exams as required.

4 Estimated Total Hours of Work

Invigilators may be required to report 0.5 hour before and stay 0.5 hour after the exam to assist the instructor. Further instruction will be provided from department administrator and / or instructor regarding details.

Must be available for the following date :

Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 10AM-2PM

Actual hours may vary at offer time dependent on qualifications and determined rate of pay. Employees can work up to a maximum of 130 hours per semester or 390 hours per academic. Employees shall not be guaranteed work and when not on assignment they shall not receive any pay or payment in lieu of benefits.

Qualifications

Qualification Description :

Applicants must NOT be current undergraduate students

Greater preference is accorded to TMU graduate students, then to non-TMU graduate students

Previous invigilation experience preferred

Strong knowledge of exam policy, procedures, and academic integrity preferred
