Position Overview : We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our team. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in technology tools. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage calendars for senior stakeholders and clients.
Prepare and process expense reports (training provided).
Schedule multiple meetings and ensure seamless coordination.
Proofread client reports for accuracy and quality.
Provide administrative support, including email and phone follow-ups.
Perform professional follow-ups with clients and external coaches.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience with expense reporting platforms (training available).
Proficiency with technology tools, including Sage Intacct and Salesforce.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
