We are currently looking for a Presale Project Estimator to join our team and support the preparation of bids for our institutional and commercial furniture projects. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, planning, and evaluating project costs in collaboration with internal teams, directly contributing to the growth of our markets in the United Kingdom.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, transportation, and installation.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to fully understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal sales to gather the information required for bid preparation.
• Prepare and coordinate bid documentation.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, cost templates, and benchmarks.
• Communicate with suppliers and partners in Canada and the United Kingdom to obtain accurate and up-to-date quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align requirements and information in preparation for an upcoming order.
• Participate in post-bid analyses and handovers to project management teams.
